T2Dev (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Speedometer mobile application (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

   We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
   Types of Data Collected
   A. Location Data
   To provide speedometer and route tracking functionality, we require access to your device’s location.
   •Foreground Location: Used to calculate your current speed and distance while you are using the app.
   •Background Location: If granted, the app tracks your location in the background to ensure your route recording is continuous and accurate even if the screen is locked or you switch to another app.
   •Note: Your precise location coordinates are stored locally on your device in a private database and are only used to display your route history to you.

B. Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). This may include:
•Email address (only if you contact us for support).
•Google Play Store billing information (handled securely by Google Play Billing).
C. Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”). This includes:
•Device type, unique device ID, and operating system.
•App crashes and performance logs.
•General interaction with app features (e.g., how many routes you have saved).

2. Third-Party Service Providers
   We use third-party companies to facilitate our Service and analyze how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
   •Google Play Services: Used for core app functionality and location accuracy.

   •Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google): Used to monitor app performance and understand user behavior to improve the app.
   •Google Play Billing: All in-app purchases and PRO mode subscriptions are processed securely by Google. We do not store your credit card information.

3. Data Storage and Security
   •Local Storage: Your recorded routes and speed data are stored locally on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app will delete this information.
   •Security: We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.
4. Children’s Privacy
   Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
5. Your Data Rights
   You have the right to:
   •Stop all collection of location data by disabling location permissions in your device settings.
   •Delete all recorded route data by using the “Reset” or “Delete” features within the app.
   •Opt-out of personalized advertising through your device’s Google settings.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
   We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top.
